scheduling an appointment
please contact the salonspa at 907.276.0070 to schedule an appointment. due to the length of some spa packages, advance booking is important.
arrival at the salonspa
we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for all services. please note that all latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.
parking
we have street parking only. due to occasional neighborhood congestion, we recommend that you allow extra time to find parking.
children at the salonspa
because of our utmost respect for your comfort, as well as that of others, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children under 16 to the salonspa unless they are receiving services.
cell phones
we ask that you please turn off your cell phone while visiting the salonspa.
health issues
we ask that you advise us of any illness, injury or changes to your health status prior to any salonspa treatments, to ensure that our treatments do not, in any way, interfere with any medical issues you may have.
cancellations
we require a 24 hour cancellation notice for single salonspa services. for multiple services or package bookings, we require a 5 day cancellation notice.
deposit requirements
for multiple services or package bookings a 50% deposit by credit card is required. this deposit will not be refunded to short cancellations (less than 5 days).
